On Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

Milford Public Works is proud to help maintain the monuments, memorials, and surrounding grounds that stand as lasting reminders of their courage, service, and sacrifice.

These spaces are more than part of our city’s landscape; they are places of reflection, respect, and gratitude.

Today and every day, we honor those who gave all.

Memorial Day Weekend is upon us! 🇺🇸

As everyone enjoys Milford’s beaches, parks, downtown, and public spaces, we’re asking for your help keeping our City clean.

Milford has **over 250 public trash barrels** placed throughout the City. Between **Walnut Beach and Gulf Beach alone, there are 32 trash barrels** that’s over 1,800 gallons. Your tote at home is 96 gallons!!

Public Works will also be completing barrel runs throughout the weekend to empty barrels and keep our public spaces looking their best.

Please do your part:
**Use the barrels. Don’t leave trash behind. Help us keep Milford clean.**

Thank you, and have a safe Memorial Day Weekend!
