It's a great week to visit our Williamsburg Branch! 🎉

Wednesday, September 9th, Sun E Farms is bringing the cutest unusual farm animals over for a petting zoo! Come see Highland Cattle, Flemish Giant Rabbits, Southdown Babydoll Sheep, and Indio Gigante chickens, along with other adorable farm critters. No registration required.

Then, Thursday, September 10th, we're celebrating Grand-Friends' Day! Kids can bring their grandparents, favorite seniors, or any favorite adult to the library! Make crafts together, conduct interviews to see what life was like when your adults were kids, have a snack, and read books to each other. Sign up using the link in the comments.

🚧Our Amelia, Bethel, Goshen and New Richmond Branches' parking lots will be seal coated over the weekend. They will not be accessible after 5pm on Saturday, September 5th, through Monday, September 7th. This means book return drops and holds lockers will also not be available, but you may return items to any of our other six branches during this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Our area is under a heat advisory until 8pm Thursday, September 3rd. The Library is a great place to stay cool during a heat advisory (or any other time)! Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives, neighbors, and pets. Stay safe!
