Every baby deserves a safe place to sleep, every sleep, every time. Talk with grandparents, babysitters, childcare providers, and anyone else who may put your baby down to sleep so everyone can follow a safe sleep routine:

Always place baby alone, on their back, in a crib for every sleep.
Remove blankets, pillows, stuffed animals, and bumper pads from the crib.
Use a firm, flat mattress with a tightly fitted sheet only.
Avoid bed-sharing or allowing baby to sleep on couches or adult beds.

Starting this Thursday: Free Summer Meals for Wallenpaupack Students! ☀️🍎

Wallenpaupack families are invited to take advantage of the SUN Meals To-Go program, providing free, nutritious meals for children all summer long!

📅 Thursdays, June 18 – August 20, 2026
📍 Pickup Locations:

Wallenpaupack South Elementary
12:00–2:00 PM

Wallenpaupack High School
5:00–7:00 PM

✅ Open to all children ages 1–18
✅ No income requirements
✅ No registration required (but encouraged for planning)

Each meal box includes 5–7 breakfasts and 5–7 lunches for the week.

This program is drive-thru for quick and easy pickup. Please note: Meals are intended for children not receiving meals from another summer program.
