One quick phone call can make a BIG difference. 💜

If your child is going to be absent from MMS, please call the school each day they are out and let our office know. Knowing where every student is each day isn’t just about attendance records — it’s about student safety.

A few reminders:

📞 Call the school each day your child is absent.
📝 MMS accepts 3 parent notes per school year.
🩺 After parent-note days have been used, a medical excuse/doctor’s note is needed for illness-related absences to be excused.
⏰ Doctor’s notes should be turned in within 5 school days after the student returns to school.
🏫 When possible, students should come to school before appointments and/or return afterward.

Help us make sure EVERY student is accounted for EVERY day! 💜🐾
