NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 21st day of May 2026, at its meeting at 5:30 p.m., at Village Hall, 609 U.S. Highway 66, Milan, NM, the governing body of the Village of Milan duly adopted and approved Ordinance 303.Complete copies of the Ordinance are available for public inspection during the normal and regular business hours of the Village Clerk’s office located at Village Hall 609 US Highway 66, Milan. New Mexico.

VILLAGE OF MILAN ORDINANCE NO. 303
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE 76-A, 206, AND 216 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THEREOF. THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE KNOWN AND MAY BE CITED AS THE VILLAGE OF MILAN ZONING ORDINANCE
THE TITLE CONTAINS A SUMMARY OF THE MATTERS DISCUSSED IN THE ORDINANCE.
COMPLETE COPIES OF THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE VILLAGE CLERK AT THE ADDRESS STATED ABOVE AND ARE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION DURING REGULAR OFFICE HOURS. THIS NOTICE ALSO CONSTITUTES COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 3-17-3, NMSA 1978.

Tomorrow 04/22/2026 is the last day for sign ups for curb side pick-up. Friday ONLY the Village of Milan will be issuing dump coupons to residents of the Village of Milan at Village Hall, 609 US Hwy 66. Coupons will be honored Friday 04/24 and Saturday 04/25 at the transfer station. Tires will not be accepted at the transfer station.
