Midway Fire Department operates out of 1 centralized station and covers approx 2 sq miles of residential, industrial, and commercial dwellings including several service stations, restaurants, an Elementary School, and the campus of Midway University. We are currently awaiting the groundbreaking of the anticipated second Fire and EMS Station/Admin offices, and Training facility at the North Industr

ial park area. Our apparatus include Engine 1, a 2015 Freightliner Sutphen 1000 gal tank that pumps 1250 gal/per minute. Engine 2 is a 2004 Freightliner E-One 1000 gal tank that pumps 1250 gal/per minute. Unit 1 is a 2012 Ford E-350 Van that carries equipment/personnel. We are very proud to have Midway's very first motorized Apparatus, a 1917 Model T that was restored in 1995. We have also purchased a refurbished 1985 Spartan LTI 75 foot ladder truck which once belonged to the Beverly Hills, California F.
