Job Description
The Mail Center Associate delivers world-class customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copier, fax machine and point-of-sale devices. The Associate expertly advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options. The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, Candidates need good computer skills and internet skills, a high school diploma or GED, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor and professional appearance. It can be a very fast pace business and having the ability to multi task is a must. The ability to speak Spanish is a plus and will result with a higher hourly pay. He or she must be a fast learner who makes an effort to learner. Owner will train he or she so that you will have the ability to open or close and work by yourself at times. Very Flexible schedule, Store Hours of operation 9am to 6pm Monday though Friday and 10am to 3pm Saturday. Fun Place to work
Responsibilities
Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries. Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions Takes action to learn all product and service offered. Operates all equipment, software, and devices. Able to lift 50 pounds at times. Willing and able to work up to 40 hours per week for a 5-day work week Willing and able to work 48 hours (or more) per week for a 6-day work week during the 2 weeks prior to Christmas Day.
