We hope everyone is enjoying their summer so far! Please see this "special" Branch Bulletin for details regarding our upcoming summer events and information regarding the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. If you have not done so already, please click THIS link to enroll/register your student(s) for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Please see the Branch Bulletin for more details.

Please note...Longbranch Elementary will be closed from June 12th - July 12th. We will be back in the office on Monday, July 13th and will be able to return phone calls and emails at that time. If you need immediate assistance or information, please call our district office at 469-856-5000.

Happy Sunday!

WOW....We are in our last week of school! Just 4 more days. Don't forget, Grade Level Awards are this week and Thursday, May 21st is our last day of school. We will be dismissing at 12:00 P.M. on Thursday! Please make sure you have made arrangements for Thursday's early release. Happy Mother's Day!! We hope you had a restful weekend and were spoiled today! This week, marks our last full week of school. Please note, this Thursday and Friday is our LBE Talent Show. Mrs. Edevane will be sending out more information this week to those that were chosen to perform. We look forward to seeing all of these talented students perform! Field Day 2026 was a good one. We finished sweaty, smiling, and needing a good hair washing. 🤪 The color run was definitely a hit! You could say it left its mark on us. 😉 Thanks Mrs, Gaskamp and Mrs. Elliot for the fun day planned.

Also the picture of the 5th graders. 🥹 Only 2 more weeks till they become middle schoolers.

It’s Teacher Appreciation Week and one reason (of many) we appreciate our teachers is that they make learning fun! Playing The Floor is Lava while reviewing definitely fits the bill of fun learning. Shout out to 4th grade!

Happy Nurse Appreciation Day to our wonderful nurse, Beth Stokman! We couldn’t ask for a better nurse for Longbranch!

Thank you for every ice pack, every kind word, every band-aid, and every moment you spend making sure our students feel safe and cared for. You handle everything from tummy aches to big worries with patience, compassion, and a calm smile.

Our school is a better, healthier place because of you. We appreciate you more than words can say!
