The Super Smart Thinking TRexes competed at the Destination Imagination Global Finals this past weekend — and we could not be more proud! 🦖🌎
Out of 34 teams at Globals, they earned 9th place in the WORLD!
This incredible competition included teams from 38 states and 14 countries, with 29 teams competing in their category alone.
Their journey this season has been amazing:
🏆 1st Place at Regionals
🔥 Torch Bearer Award for making a positive impact on their community by helping lead the charge to save electricity at our school
🏅 6th Place at State out of 34 teams
🧠 An impressive 94 out of 100 points on their Instant Challenge, where teams must think critically and creatively on the spot
Since September, these students have worked tirelessly — meeting multiple times a week to design, build, paint, write, and create every part of their performance themselves, including the set, costumes, and skit.
They received so many compliments throughout Globals, and their coral reef set absolutely stole the show! 🪸✨
