Are you passionate about helping families find the information, resources, and support they need to navigate Virginiaโ€™s child care system?

Child Care Aware of Virginia is looking for a Child Care Access Specialist to join our team!

This role goes beyond traditional child care referral services. Youโ€™ll help families navigate child care options and resources while also supporting consumer education, community outreach, family advocacy, safety awareness, social media outreach, and statewide child care information and resources.

Weโ€™re looking for someone who is:
โœจ A strong communicator and relationship-builder
โœจ Service-oriented and passionate about helping families
โœจ Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a statewide team
โœจ Experienced in customer service, family support, education, outreach, referrals, or other direct-service work
โœจ Excited to make child care information easier to understand and access
๐Ÿก This is a primarily remote position, with travel for meetings, events, trainings, and other activities as needed.
