Midland Teen Court is proud to introduce our two newest Senior Attorneys, Dee and Ayla!
Through their dedication, leadership, and commitment to justice, both Dee and Ayla have earned this important role within our program. As Senior Attorneys, they will help mentor newer volunteers, lead courtroom proceedings, and continue serving as role models for their peers.
Their hard work and passion for making a difference have already had a lasting impact on Midland Teen Court, and we are excited to see all they will accomplish in this new leadership position.

This morning, Midland Teen Court donated a van load of snacks to ! These donations came from our participants, who have the opportunity to donate for hours of community service.

We love collaborating with local nonprofits!

🎓 Senior Sunday Spotlight: Jaxson Solis 🎓

Today we’re celebrating Jaxson Solis, one of Midland Teen Court’s dedicated teen attorneys! Over the course of his time with our program, Jaxson has contributed more than **180 hours of service**—demonstrating an incredible commitment to justice, leadership, and serving others.

After graduation, Jaxson plans to attend University of Texas Permian Basin, where he will major in history and minor in criminal justice as he works toward his goal of becoming a game warden.

Jaxson’s passion for justice and his dedication to making a difference have made a lasting impact on Midland Teen Court, and we are so grateful for all he has contributed to our organization.

Congratulations, Jaxson! We can’t wait to see all you accomplish in this next chapter. 💙⚖️

A huge thank you to our incredible mock trial coach, Megan Daic, for treating Midland Teen Court’s mock trial competition participants to a night at the ballpark with the Midland RockHounds tonight! ⚾️

Your dedication goes far beyond preparing our students for competition—you continue to invest in them, encourage them, and create meaningful experiences they’ll always remember. We’re so grateful for the time, energy, and heart you pour into our team.

Your team provided valuable information, honest conversations, and important resources that help our families make informed decisions and build healthier futures. We’re grateful for community partners like you who are committed to empowering young people through education and prevention.

We are proud to recognize Alyna Yharte for her outstanding dedication and service to Midland Teen Court. Over the past 4 years, Alyna has made a lasting impact—serving 2 years as a Teen Attorney and advancing to 2 years as a Senior Attorney.

Throughout her time, she has contributed more than 340 hours of community service, demonstrating an incredible commitment to justice, leadership, and helping others grow. Her hard work and passion have truly made a difference in our program and community.

After graduation, Alyna plans to continue her journey of helping others by attending dental assistant school, followed by training in dental hygiene. We are excited to see all that she will accomplish in the future.
