📢 Midland County Community Input Needed

Midland Public Schools is entering the next phase of its community input process for facility planning, and they are asking for feedback on important decisions that will help shape the future of local schools.

This new survey builds on earlier community input and focuses on key topics such as potential paths forward, funding options, millage considerations, and how best to address the district’s identified facility needs. Community voices are essential to ensure decisions support student learning while making responsible use of public resources.

Our organization, Senior Services, is helping share this opportunity so more residents across Midland County can participate.

This month, we’re honored to recognize Tim Doil as our June Volunteer of the Month for more than a decade of compassionate service as a Friendly Visitor volunteer.

Since 2015, Tim has brought companionship, conversation, and connection to older adults in our community—offering kindness that truly changes lives.

From listening to stories to helping ease isolation, Tim’s visits give clients something to look forward to each week.
