Today is Assistance Dog Day!

We’d like to give a special shoutout to Jack, the black Lab who works with Midland County Veteran’s Services. Jack is a trained service dog who also provides comfort, support, and companionship to local veterans—and we’re always happy when he stops by the Treasurer’s Office for a visit!

Assistance dogs like Jack play a vital role in the lives of many in our community. Today, we recognize and appreciate their hard work, loyalty, and the meaningful impact they make every day.
