Today, the third graduating class of inmates in our facility graduated from the “Prevocational and Work Readiness Program”, which is a 40-hour initiative hosted by OneCommunity USA and the Pathways to H.O.P.E. (Helping Offenders Pursue Excellence) Reentry Program.

Participants explored topics ranging from financial literacy and resume building to personal mindset and family culture.

Reentry comes with real challenges, and that’s why the Midland County Sheriff’s Office remains committed to supporting meaningful, skill-building programs that prepare individuals for success beyond incarceration. We’re proud of every graduate and grateful to the partners who help make this journey possible.
