Middletown CT Rec The Department will enhance the dignity of seniors while supporting their wellness and independence and encouraging their community involvement.

The Recreation & Community Services Department will enhance the quality of life for all Middletown residents with regard to recreational, athletic, leisure, and senior services. Beman Middle School facilitates Mayor for a Day with their student council members. Students spend a morning with city directors to get an inside view on how a city functions. Our Director spent the morning with 3 bright, energetic students and visited all the locations where our department serves the public: Senior Center, Recreation Center, Crystal Lake, Vets Pool
& Splash pad and finally the boathouse at the river. Huge thanks to Mr Geary and Mrs. Brady for organizing.

It WILL be open Sunday 5/31 from 10am - 7pm.
