The Middletown Multilingual Collaborative hosted its last gathering of the school year. We had a camp fair to help families sign up for summer camp. We were grateful to the Women's Resource Center, Newport County Boys and Girls Club and Middletown's Child and Equity Zone MCOZ. Music by Dj Elementz and yummy latin food. We love building community here in Middletown.

Agradecemos la participación del Women's Resource Center, el Newport County Boys and Girls Club y la Child and Equity Zone (MCOZ) de Middletown. Contamos con música a cargo de DJ Elementz y deliciosa comida latina. Nos encanta fortalecer la comunidad aquí en Middletown.

Celebration season continues at MHS! Congratulations to the newest inductees to the National Honor Society and the Spanish Honor Society. The future is bright! Go Islanders! Thank you to Ms. Mankin, Ms. Karoly, Ms. McNamara, and Ms. Kalif for a great night. 🌊

MHS had a wonderful whole school awards ceremony this morning. Junior book awards, many of which come with potential scholarship money, were given to the Class of 2027. Students from all grade levels, across all disciplines were honored for academic achievement and civic engagement.

Thank you to Bank Newport and Ms. Cook for organizing our annual Financial Fair for all seniors. We thank our community partners for the generosity of their time and knowledge to prepare seniors for financial independence.

Thanks to Ms. Allison and a group of volunteers, including community members, the greenhouse at MHS is showing signs of life. Students have started seedlings and are tending to their every need.
