❤️ The Henry County Heart Society is now accepting nominations for its 2026 Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Award Program! ❤️

Do you know a nonprofit organization that would benefit from having a life-saving AED available for its staff, volunteers, and community members? We encourage you to apply today!

📋 To be considered, please submit:• A completed nomination form• Proof of nonprofit status• A 300–500 word essay describing the organization's need for an AED and how it will benefit the organization and the community

📅 Application Deadline: August 15, 2026

🏆 Selected recipients will be recognized and presented with their AED award at the Henry County Heart Society Annual Event in February 2027.

The weather radar today is not looking good with storms now mixed in with the rain! We will unfortunately have to cancel our plans for planting for this morning --but stay tuned! We will need to reschedule SOON to keep these flowers alive and get them in the ground.

Join us NEXT Tuesday! We want to invite you to our NEXT MEETING on Tuesday, May 19th at 6pm at the Middletown Civic Center (529 Locust St) to get involved with our upcoming projects. Also, keep your eye out for news about when the flowers will arrive for the flower pots downtown-- we'd love a few extra hands to do some planting, and the delivery will be coming soon!🌷

FALL CREEK TOWNSHIP BOARD

The Fall Creek Township Board will hold a public meeting on May 11, 2026, at 6 p.m. It will be held at the Middletown Fire Station Training Room, located at 653 Locust Street, Middletown, IN 47356. (The training room entrance is located on the south side of the building.)

Pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5 (the Open Door Law) and specifically the new livestreaming requirement under I.C. 5-14-1.5-2.9 (effective July 1, 2025), the meeting will be livestreamed and a recording will be archived for public access.

You may access the livestream and an archived recording (retained for at least 90 days) via the following link: fallcreektownship33.in.gov/open-door-law/
