Middleton Boys Golf capped off a historic season by winning the WIAA Division 1 Boys Golf State Championship, finishing with a tournament-record 36-hole score of 578 and bringing home the program's sixth state title.

"I couldn't be prouder of a group than I am of these guys," retiring coach Tom Cabalka told Wisconsin.Golf. "Every day they came to practice with a purpose."

The championship was a fitting finale for Cabalka's remarkable 35-year coaching career and a testament to a senior-led team that delivered one of the best performances in state tournament history.

Congratulations to our players, coaches, families, and supporters on an unforgettable season and an incredible accomplishment. 🌟
