At Von E. Mauger Middle School, eighth grade students in technology class began construction on their game design challenge. Students are designing original games that combine creativity, storytelling, and problem-solving as they plan gameplay, create visual elements, build prototypes, and revise their projects based on feedback.
The Middlesex High School Key Club represented Middlesex at the 2026 New Jersey Key Club District Conference in Asbury Park. During the weekend, officers participated in workshops, served as delegates to help elect the 2026-2027 District Board, and were recognized for their accomplishments throughout the service year. The club earned recognition as a Distinguished International Club, while President Estefania Sierra and Editor Antonia Sierra were recognized as distinguished officers. Jared DeSagun, a member of the New Jersey Key Club state board, was also recognized for his dedicated service as Lieutenant Governor.
