Today, staff from our Public Assistance Unit attended the Meigs County Commissioners meeting as a proclamation was issued recognizing May 2026 as Public Assistance Fraud Awareness Month. Staff also shared information about the valuable work they do each day serving Meigs County residents while maintaining compliance, meeting benchmarks, and helping protect the integrity of public assistance programs.
