🇺🇸Supporting our veterans is important to me. As a MoM of a Marine, I know first hand the sacrifices our veterans make to defend our freedoms. HEA1210 was a huge win for our veterans and I was happy to support this legislation.

🇺🇸House Enrolled Act 1210 has been signed into law, delivering stronger property tax relief for Hoosier veterans. ✅

The new law includes:
🏡 A 100% real property tax deduction on assessed value for veterans with a 100% disability rating
💵 New and expanded property tax credits for partially disabled and wartime veterans
📋 Transitions existing deductions into tax credits to provide direct relief

The legislation is expected to provide an estimated $46.2 million in additional tax relief beginning with taxes payable in 2027. 🏡

Inspiring morning listening to Anne Hathaway. Anne Hathaway is a prominent political consultant, the first woman to chair the Indiana Republican State Committee, and Indiana's national committeewoman to the Republican National Committee. She previously served as the chair of the Committee on Arrangements for the 2024 Republican National Convention. It’s great to be surrounded by others who continue to challenge me and support me in service to our great state! Thanks for coming to Elkhart County!
