Meet at the 50 🧡 What a special morning watching our kindergarten students and Middleborough High School seniors come together right in the middle of the field!

Our youngest learners started at one end, our seniors at the other, and they walked toward the 50-yard line to meet. When they reached the middle, each senior had a small gift ready for their new little friend — a simple, heartfelt way to welcome the next generation into our school community. These are the moments that make Middleborough special: older students leading with kindness, and our little ones getting to feel that sense of belonging right from the start. Thank you to our seniors for being such wonderful role models and to our kindergarten families for sharing your children with us. We’re so grateful for traditions like this.

We’re excited to welcome our MECC kindergarteners to join the MHS Class of 2027 at the 50-yard line for a special Sachem gift during tonight's football game! 🎁

🎒 Calling all kindergarteners! Kindergarten students and families should arrive at 6:15 PM. Please be sure to have one adult accompany each student to the track before the game. There is no charge to attend!

Enjoy a special halftime performance featuring our cheerleaders and fire-twirling majorettes! We can’t wait to welcome our newest Future Sachems and celebrate this special tradition! 🧡

Our MECC kindergarten students found a pumpkin patch in the back field this morning! 🎃 Each class took a turn heading outside, and every student picked out their very own pumpkin to bring home.

A big thank you to our PTA for making this fall tradition possible!

Middleborough High School's annual Homecoming Dinner will be held TONIGHT, Wednesday, October 21, 2026, beginning at 6:00pm in the MHS Cafeteria.

This event is open to the entire MHS and greater Middleborough community.
All proceeds will be donated to support Dylan Rauch, Class of 2026, in his fight to heal from a horrific car accident back in late September. Please come and support Dylan and his family! Donations accepted!

All members of Student Council MUST bring cans of soda and a dessert for the dinner! All drinks and dessert can be brought to the school anytime before the event.

The Middleboro School Committee is seeking dedicated individuals to serve on the Superintendent Search Committee. This committee will play a critical role in reviewing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and recommending final candidates to the School Committee for consideration.

To ensure a well-rounded and representative process, we are looking for members who reflect the diversity of our district—including parents, teachers, school staff, administrators, and community members at large. Committee members will need to commit to attending all scheduled meetings and maintaining strict confidentiality throughout the screening process.

If you are passionate about the future of Middleboro Public Schools and willing to dedicate your time to this vital effort, please complete the interest form below.

Interest Form Deadline: 10/20/26 @ 5pm

Please use this form to submit your interest in serving on the Screening Committee that will identify and interview superintendent candidates for Middleborough Public Schools. Congratulations to 7 of our NMS Band students who recently participated in the Bridgewater State University Middle School Honor Band Festival. It was a great day working with some awesome conductors and middle school music students from around Southeast MA!

The Middleborough School Committee is inviting parents/caregivers and other Middleborough Community members to attend a session designed to get your input on who our next Superintendent will be.
When: October 15th @ 6pm (childcare provided by MHS StuCo in adjacent Band Room)
Where: Middleborough High School, Black Box Theatre
