This weekend, Longwood patrons of all ages gave back to our community for the annual Great Give Back! A local animal shelter will receive dog toys that adults braided from upcycled T-shirts and catnip toys crafted by children, community members in need will receive tote bags creatively decorated by children, and veterans will receive thoughtful cards made by teens. 🧡
Give back to the community with our Long Island Cares food drive, ongoing until October 31! We welcome shelf-stable foods, paper goods, personal hygiene items, pet food, baby care products, and birthday party supplies. Most-needed items include canned fruits and vegetables, peanut butter, pasta, rice, canned tuna or chicken, shelf-stable milk, and baby food or formula. No glass jars.
