Our final GED/HiSET class for the 2025–26 school year will take place on Monday, June 9th.

Classes will resume in the fall as the 2026–27 school year kicks off — and we can’t wait to welcome both returning and new students back into our classroom.

To every student who showed up, pushed through challenges, asked questions, and simply kept going when things got tough — we see you, and WE ARE PROUD OF YOU! Your commitment to your education is powerful, and we’re honored to be part of your journey.

For students wishing to participate in GED/HiSet classes through the summer, the AK Smith Career Center (219-873-2120) will continue to offer classes on:
Monday and Wednesday 9am-1pm
Monday and Tuesday 5pm - 7pm
