If you've walked or driven past Fedder's Alley lately, you've probably noticed something missing. The old playground and workout equipment are gone, and that's because we're getting started on something big: the Fedder's Alley All-Inclusive Playground.

This is a project we're genuinely excited about, a space built so every "kid" in Michigan City has a place to play. While construction gets underway, there's one access change worth knowing before your next visit to Washington Park.

🚧 What's All-Inclusive: Where ADA is a legal minimum to provide physical access, All-Inclusive goes beyond that, designing so people of every ability (physical, sensory, cognitive) can play together.
πŸšͺ Access change: The gate into Fedder's Alley is closed until the project is complete
🚢 Exit: Use the Amphitheater to exit the area during construction

We'll keep you posted as things take shape. Thanks for your patience while we build something worth the wait.

Girls night. Date night. A night out with friends. Family time on a Thursday. Canvas Nights works for whatever kind of evening you're looking for.

Join us at Krueger Memorial for a guided painting session with instructor Emily Blossom, who has a real gift for helping people find their way to a beautiful, finished piece, even the ones who swear they "can't paint." Don't say that until you've tried. Grab your favorite people, bring some snacks, and see what you make together.

Spots fill up fast, so don't wait to register. Must register by Friday 9/18 at 2pm, so we can have the space set up.
