In 2023, Ohio lawmakers proposed raising the threshold for citizen-led constitutional amendments from a simple majority to 60%.

Rodney Creech cosponsored the proposal and voted for it. Ohio voters rejected it 57% to 43%.

Tim Hornbacker believes government works from the bottom up - that Ohioans should have a meaningful voice in the decisions that shape their communities and their state.

For Tim, The people aren’t an obstacle to government. They’re who government answers to.

Trump was talking his buddy Turner and Husted went to his Trumpaplooza in Texas.

Trump is destroying our economy and posted 60 insane childish tweets on Labor Day and they are happy about it.

Electric rates and growing faster than any other state and they want Trump’s support for high prices.

Ohio is 45th in economic outlook and they are going to Trump rallies.

Tomorrow, Republicans, Independents, Democrats United for Democracy (RID United) will be hosting a remembrance at William Bruce Park in downtown Eaton at 3:00 PM to commemorate the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001.

We will remember the 2,977 lives lost on the day of the attacks, as well as those who later lost their lives as a result of these attacks. We will reflect on the extraordinary courage, compassion, unity, and service shown in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

Tim Hornbacker will be honored to attend. Tim spent many years as a first responder and registered nurse. He knows the unique bond that develops among those who serve alongside one another and understands how deeply the loss of one is felt throughout that community. He holds a special appreciation for the first responders who ran toward danger that day.
