Mental Health Therapist/Counselors
We are looking for a therapist who wants to grow with us. We are seeking Full-time and part-time therapists. Baron Counseling Services LLC is an established psychotherapy private practice with consistent referral sources. This is a great opportunity for new therapists who are looking for professional development, case consultation and internal referrals from our thriving team of therapists. You must reside in Florida and be able to work independently as well as in a group practice.

As a values-based Behavior Mental Health group practice, it is of the utmost importance that therapist practice in accordance with the values of Baron Counseling Services LLC and ethical guidelines of Florida supervisory boards.
Job Summary: Full-time therapists work a minimum of 25 or more clinical hours per week. Part-time therapists work a minimum of 10 or more clinical hours per week. The Mental Health Therapist provides counseling and psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adult clients and their families at our office, school premises, AND virtually via teletherapy. We offer flexible/set-your-own hours Monday - Saturday, practice management software for electronic documentation, a HIPAA compliant video and chat platform, insurance billing/credentialing services, clinical supervision, and case consultation. We will build your caseload from our pool of clients. Your primary responsibility is commitment to excellence when counseling your clients.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree and/or equivalent in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling
• Individuals wanting to become registered Licensed interns. (Clinical supervision provided to MSW and Mental Health Counseling degrees)
• Unlicensed interns are welcomed. Registered intern number is required. (If Clinical Supervision provided through outsource)
Experience: Mental health counseling: 1 year (Preferred)
Compensation: Pay will be fee for service, based on licensure and experience level.
