Each client is provided with an exclusive ProjectManager and exclusive Technicians creating a knowledge-based service; our service technicians are so familiar with our client's sites that sometimes they know what's wrong before going to the physical location, we believe that knowledge is power and translate into the personal attention and dedication that our customers deserve and want!!! Our services are provided on a semi-nationwide basis; we also service Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. In 2020 we launched a pilot program to service all of the United States as well as Canada, as of the time of this update we are already servicing 90% of the Continental United States and Hawaii as well as Alaska. We can customize a Proactive or Reactive Maintenance Plan focusing primarily on saving money and time for our clients. Tell me about your company's experience? Twenty years ago, we started as a Handyman business out of Miami, FL. We've evolved during the years to a full Facility Maintenance Services Company, we are solely focused on one thing, our customers! We have secured several state and local licenses during the years, including HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical; through an extensive network of business partners, we can virtually service any trade and perform any size job. All of our techs have completed several certifications and training, including OSHA certifications, Electrical training, and journeyman licenses, HVAC certified technicians, and more.
