A new affordable housing development in West Perrine is now accepting leasing applications. Hibiscus Grove features 270 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with units reserved for households earning at or below 60% of the area median income.

The development also includes a fitness center, computer room, club room and playground.

A new chapter is beginning at Hibiscus Grove.

The West Perrine CRA recently celebrated the Hibiscus Grove Pre Leasing Event and Ribbon Cutting, marking an important milestone as this much anticipated development prepares to welcome residents.

From the official ribbon cutting to a firsthand look inside the property, the day brought together CRA leadership, development partners, and community members to celebrate what’s ahead for West Perrine.

Hibiscus Grove is more than a new development. It represents expanded housing opportunities, continued investment, and another step toward a stronger West Perrine community.

The West Perrine CRA proudly hosted a special pre leasing event at Hibiscus Grove, bringing community leaders and residents together for an inside look at one of the area’s newest developments.

Chairman Leviticus Gilliard, West Perrine CRA Board Members, CRA Director Krystal Patterson, and members of the community toured the property and experienced firsthand the progress taking shape at Hibiscus Grove.

With 270 affordable and workforce housing units, Hibiscus Grove represents a significant step forward in creating new housing opportunities and supporting the continued revitalization of West Perrine.
