University Council of the Cuban American National Foundation The objective of the UCCANF chapter is two-fold: awareness and support. UCCANF is a vehicle for project-oriented activism.

UCCANF will monitor the issue of human rights in Cuba and develop awareness of the continued violations in Cuba as well as highlight the efforts of Cuban activists. In addition, UCCANF members will communicate with activists on the island and related international organizations to directly support the efforts to achieve Human Rights in Cuba. As such, UCCANF works with the Cuban-American National F

oundation, The Foundation for Human Rights in Cuba, and other nonprofit organizations, on a number of current programs for university students including multiple student-created initiatives. Upcoming projects include the annual Human Rights Report, fundraising Happy Hours, and UCCANF's annual Congreso this summer in Miami.
