Traffic Alert: NW 3 Avenue daytime closures begin October 28

NW 3 Avenue will be closed between NW 14 Street and NW 15 Street Monday through Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., for overhead work.

TRAFFIC ALERT: Motorists should expect overnight closures throughout the Golden Glades Interchange Project, including:

• SB I-95 at NW 171 St. (Exit 12)
• EB S.R. 826/Palmetto Expy. ramp to NB I-95
• WB S.R. 826/Palmetto Expy. at NW 7 Ave. Ext.
• EB NW 183 St./Miami Gardens Dr. at Florida’s Turnpike

🚧 Traffic Alert: Channel 5 Bridge 🚧

Single-lane, intermittent closures are scheduled on the Channel 5 Bridge, near Mile Marker 71, Sunday through Thursday, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. This work is expected to take approximately 8 weeks.

Flaggers will periodically stop traffic in one direction to allow vehicles from the opposite direction to pass safely. At times, traffic in both directions may be stopped for up to 15 minutes to accommodate special bridge operations.

This closure will not be in place on Sunday, October 25.

Please plan ahead, drive with caution, and allow extra travel time.
