• Homebuyer Counseling – This division provides educational and counseling services to prospective homebuyers in an effort to encourage financial literacy and homeownership.

• Real Estate Brokerage – Through the real estate brokerage division, Community Realty Agency & Information Group focuses on leasing and selling affordable housing to families that need or desire subsidy programs to make to make housing affordable.

• Affordable Housing Redevelopment/Development – Community Realty Agency & Information Group is committed to developing affordable, program-enriched housing for low to middle income families, seniors and people with special needs who lack the economic resources to access quality, safe housing opportunities.
