Chapter 1
“It looks like everyone is here now,” Aleric said, projecting into the crowd. “We are gathered here
today to bear witness to the trial of Ariadne Chrysalis, former Luna to the Winter Mist pack.”
His eyes scanned over the faces of everyone around before finally landing on me.
“Do you swear on the Goddess’ name, Ariadne, that you will tell the whole truth during this trial?”
Aleric asked.
I met his piercing green eyes, a shiver going down my spine. How those eyes haunted me.
“I do,” I replied loudly and confidently.
"And how do you plead?”
I held my breath, my heart racing in my chest.
“Not guilty.”
“She's pregnant,” Aleric told me.
I stared at him in shock, my face paling. My destined mate, the love of my life, was telling me that
he had gotten a girl pregnant. A girl who was not me.
It was like a kick to the gut. The mate bond made the weight of his words tortuous and my inner
wolf howled out in pain. I had given everything to Aleric, suffered everything for him. And yet here
he was, standing in front of me, telling me such excruciating news as if he were telling me the time
of day.
"Why?" I whispered, tears brimming in my eyes.
“I don't need to explain myself to you,” Aleric said sharply. “You couldn't even fulfil all your duties as
my mate, as a Luna. Don't start acting as if this is a surprise. The pack needs an Alpha heir.
Something you are incapable of, Ariadne.”
His words stung, twisting deep into my flesh like a knife. We had been officially mated for six years
now and it was true... I had failed to bear him a child. It wasn't as though I hadn't wanted to though.
For months after we had officially found out about the mate bond, I would try everything to be with
him as much as possible. But he was never interested in me, I could see that clearly. I knew he was
only with me because I was the rightful Luna.
But there was something else I knew too. Something no mate should ever have to live with.
And that was that I knew about his mistress; Thea.
Aleric and Thea had known each other since before we were officially mated and I could plainly see
how he doted on her over me. Gave her the love that was rightfully mine, looking at her as if she
were his sun. But every part of my being loved him even if he did not love me. And yet, by some
futile dream, I remained hopeful that he would warm to me once I bore him a child. After all, I was
the rightful Luna and his mate.
I went to the pack doctor a year after failing to conceive and he confirmed my worst fears; I was
unable to bear children. I didn't know what to do, how to keep going. This was the one thing that I
had pinned all my hopes on for my fate to change, for Aleric to change. The news of my infertility
was kept only within the high ranks of the pack thankfully, but I'd never seen my father, the Beta,
look so disappointed in me.
I had tried everything to keep Aleric’s attention despite the news. I lost weight, tried to make myself
prettier, and dedicated myself to my Luna duties. We were the most successful pack in the country
and a part of that was due to me. I thought if I could make him successful then he would pay me
back in kind. However, the longer time went on, the colder and more aggressive he became.
Whenever he had laid with me in the past, it had always been cold, clinical, as if he were performing
a duty rather than enjoying himself. But then everything changed once he learned of my infertility,
his visits soon completely stopping. Those short moments he had once indulged me had been
everything to me. They were the only times he had ever touched me with intimacy. My skin would
send sparks wherever our bodies met, and his scent would intoxicate me.
This was the curse of the mate bond.
"...But I love you, Aleric,” I said, my voice barely audible.
I couldn't meet his cold green eyes as my legs began to shake. I could feel inside that my wolf was
crushed, feeling her pain mixed in with mine.
It was suffocating.
“Don't be pathetic,” he scoffed. “You should count yourself lucky I'm not removing you of your Luna
position for Thea. The Goddess still chose you to be Luna, even if she was wrong.”
I flinched at his words.
"However," he continued, “I need to inform you that I will be making Thea's child my rightful heir.
The elders have deemed this appropriate given the circumstances. They understand how important
this baby is for the survival of the pack.”
I bowed my head to him in submission, tears quietly streaming down my face. I needed to leave, to
get away from him, but I was held in place by his presence. Even after everything he had done to
me, I still relished in him even talking to me. The bond between Luna and Alpha was strong, and it
caused me to still love him even now. Even though every part of me wanted to scream at him, to hit
him, to claw his eyes out for hurting me.
“We have a pack meeting tomorrow morning at eight. Don't be late,” he said finally before walking
out of the packhouse. He didn't even glance twice at me as he left.
No apology, no sympathy. Aleric would rather see me suffer than give me even an ounce of love or
affection. I was a Luna, his Luna, and a queen in the eyes of our pack, but he could not even spare
me the decency of a glance. His lack of respect for me was evident.
Not being able to stand it any longer, I decided to do the only thing I could do in this situation; run
from it all... if only for a few hours.
I ran outside into the forest as the cold fresh air hit my face immediately, something I breathed in
greedily to help clear my head. It was nice, apart from the wind that bit at my cheeks where my
tears had fallen, forcing a chill through my body. But it didn't end up stinging for long as I shifted
into my wolf.
Her pads hit the cold ground fast as she sprinted through the woods. I gave her full control as I
knew she needed this. She needed to feel free and alive. We were both trapped by our position, our
duty, our mate. We had sacrificed everything for our pack, everything for him, and it was all for
nothing.
Even if it were possible to bear him a child now, I knew they would be thrown aside — just as how I
had been discarded. I could see now that it had been for the best that I brought no children into
this family. No child would make his feelings for me change; it was naive of me to think so before.
This was the first time I'd ever been thankful for my infertility.
I was in an impossible situation. Every part of me wanted to run away, but I knew my pack needed
me. In fact, I knew damn well that Thea would burn this pack to the ground if she became Luna. She
hadn't had any training and I was yet to witness a single intelligent remark from the girl. Literally
about anything.
But what about my own mental health? Hadn't I suffered enough? Four years was way too long to
wear my heart on my sleeve for Aleric. He had made a mockery of my love for him and couldn't
even respect me out of duty anymore.
My wolf continued to run as I mulled over my internal debate. She hunted rabbits and sniffed at the
different scents, taking it all in so she could try and forget everything that had happened.
Her white fur kept us warm against the wind, now becoming colder as darkness crept up, and I
knew we would need to head back soon. But I didn't want to subject her to that just yet. For just a
little while longer, I wanted her to forget about everything waiting for us back at the house.
Another hour passed and I accepted it was finally time. I gently nudged her in my head to indicate
we should head home but she let out a low growl to tell me she wasn't pleased with this idea. Not
that I blamed her. Unfortunately, I had to remind her that we needed to get home for dinner or
Sophie would begin to worry. With a final whimper of annoyance, she begrudgingly turned back
towards the packhouse.
However, as we went to leave, I noticed something in the trees. A woman with golden hair was
standing there, wearing a white dress, watching me intently.
My wolf instantly sent out a warning growl; neither of us recognising nor sensing her. Yet the most
unnerving part was we couldn't smell her scent. We should have definitely been able to smell her
from here.
In response, the woman proceeded to neither reply nor even flinch, prompting us to do only one
thing. The only thing we could do.
We ran towards her.
My wolf's paws sprinted faster and faster, our heartbeat racing in our chest, sensing something was
off.
How had she even managed to get past the border patrols? Something was wrong.
We weren't very good fighters, but if it meant protecting the pack then, at the very lease, we would
need to investigate.
Or, at least, try to.Because, in the end, we were too late.
Before we could even come close, the woman turned her back and hid behind the trees, leaving
absolutely nothing behind. No woman, no lingering scent, nothing. It was as if no one had been
there at all. Had we only imagined the whole thing?
Admittedly, we had just gone through something extremely traumatic, making it entirely possible
that we were just seeing things. Our mind had been pushed to the brink and I knew we were close
to snapping.
Quickly, I urged my wolf to return home, and was grateful when she didn't need to be told twice
this time. Neither of us wanted another experience like what we had just seen.
I did debate in my mind whether it was worth raising an alarm with the border patrol to investigate,
but ultimately, I decided against it. I knew the news of Thea’s pregnancy would have spread by now,
making people begin to look at me with pity. And whilst pity was one thing, I couldn't risk them
looking at me like I was insane. I was a Luna, my position now hanging by a thread. I couldn“t
provide another reason for the pack to doubt me.
But, after the already traumatic day I'd had, I couldn't anticipate what was waiting for me at the
packhouse.
After I shifted back and dressed again, I headed into the house, seeing something that made me
immediately stop dead in my tracks.
Because it was as I walked inside that her scent immediately hit me, a sugary sweet smell that
always made my nose wrinkle.

CHAPTER 001: A Hot Nerd
***
~~SLOANE~~
***
I've been in love with my best friend, Finn Hartley, since we met in college ten years ago.
It's not like I'll ever tell him I have feelings for him. I know he doesn't see me that way. He probably won't ever see me that way.
Right now, we're in his living room, and I'm holding him to my chest, listening to him sob.
That damn girlfriend of his has broken his heart again, the third time this year.
"I can't believe she did this to me, Sloane," Finn says.
I run my fingers through his hair, trying to ignore how good it feels.
"What exactly did she do?" I ask. "You still haven't told me."
"I don't know how to say it."
"Well, start from somewhere."
My patience is wearing thin. I've been here for hours, sacrificing my Saturday to watch him disintegrate.
I don't know why he bothers crying when he'll be back in her bed by next week anyway. They do this every damn time.
I should be more sympathetic, I know. But ten years of watching him chase after the same toxic woman tends to erode a person's sympathy.
"Delilah's not coming back, Slaone," he says. "She left me for good this time."
"You know that's a lie."
"It's true. She's engaged. She sent me this digital wedding invitation, and I've been thinking about running my phone through a meat grinder."
That actually surprises me. Engaged? Delilah's getting married?
Finn pulls away from me, and I can finally see his face.
The stubble on his jaw has grown past the s*xy phase into something wilder. His white t-shirt is rumpled and stained with what might be yesterday's dinner. I've never seen him this wrecked, and that's saying something.
He fumbles for his phone, fingers trembling as he pulls up the screen.
Then he thrusts the phone at me. There it is-a nauseating rose-gold invitation with flowing script announcing the union of Delilah Crestfield and some guy named Hunter. Eight weeks from now.
My heart skips several beats, a fluttering sensation spreading through my chest.
I bite the inside of my cheek to keep from smiling. This is the best news I've heard
in years. The witch is finally, actually, genuinely out of the picture.
"Poor baby," I say, trying to sound sympathetic. "Did you know she was dating someone else?"
"I mean, it's Delilah. When has she ever been faithful?"
"You've got a point."
I hand him back his phone.
"I just can't believe she's leaving me, Sloane." He collapses back into the sofa, staring at the ceiling like it might offer some cosmic explanation.
"I find it hard to believe myself," I say.
My eyes trace his strong jaw, his lips, the eyelashes spiked with dried tears. I've memorized every inch of his face over the years, cataloged every expression. This one is new-complete and utter defeat.
It should make me sad to see him so broken, but all I can think is, 'This is my chance.'
They've been lovers since high school, way before I came into Finn's life. Sometimes I wonder if that's the key to her hold on him-she knew him before I did, when he was just a boy with a fragile heart.
I've watched Delilah string him along, always knowing she'd come back for another round. The thought that she's finally cut him loose is both thrilling and terrifying. What happens to us now?
"Who am I without her, Sloane?" Finn asks.
"You're Finn Hartley. You'll be alright." I reach over to squeeze his knee.

CHAPTER 001: A Hot Nerd
"I can't be alright without Lila."
"There are over eight billion people in this world, statistically. Just pick someone new."
"Statistically? You're such a nerd."
His words hurt. He's said it a million times before, his usual teasing about my cybersecurity analyst job, my love for random facts, and my collection of vintage sci-fi novels. But today it lands differently.
A nerd. That's all I am to him. Not a woman. Never a woman.
I stand abruptly, smoothing down my jeans and adjusting my glasses. I'll show
him just how wild I can be.
"You know what?" I say. "Let's go to a club and get wasted."
Finn looks at me like I've suggested we rob a bank. "You want to go to a club?"
"Yes."
"Have you ever been to a club before?"
He sits up straighter, some of the fog clearing from his eyes as he takes me in- plain Sloane in her weekend uniform of jeans and a faded band t-shirt, hair in its usual bob and bangs.
"Not exactly. But there'll be drinking and dancing. I bet it will be fun." I sound more confident than I feel. The truth is, clubs are my personal hell-loud music, sweaty strangers, overpriced drinks. But I'd walk through actual fire if it would make Finn smile again.
A slow grin spreads across his face. "Great," he says. "You're right. I need a distraction." He stands up, suddenly energized.* I'll go put on something appropriate, and then we'll stop by your house so you can change out of whatever the hell you have on right now."
I look down at my outfit, suddenly self-conscious. "What's wrong with what I'm wearing?"
"Nothing, if we were going to a library book sale." He disappears into his bedroom, calling back, "Trust me, Sloane. Let's show Delilah what she's missing!"
I sink back onto the couch, already regretting my impulsive idea. What have I gotten myself into?
The club is everything I feared and worse.
The dress Finn insisted I wear-pulled from the back of my closet, a relic from a cousin's wedding three years ago-is too tight, too short, and making me painfully aware of body parts I usually manage to ignore.
We've been here for forty minutes.
Forty minutes of watching Finn transform into someone I barely recognize- throwing back shots at the bar.
Twenty minutes ago, he found a girl-a tall, willowy blonde in a dress that looks spray-painted onto her body. Amber. That's
her name.
I stand awkwardly at the dance floor, nursing a watered-down vodka soda, watching Finn and Amber grind against each other in a way that should probably be illegal in public.
Her back is to his chest, her arms raised above her head, fingers tangled in his hair. His hands are on her hips, guiding her movements, his face buried in her neck.
I feel sick. I feel stupid. I feel painfully, obviously alone.
"Sloane?" Finn calls out. "You can't just stand there. Dance!"
"I don't know how to," I shout back.
Amber frowns at me. "Then why are you here?"
"To keep an eye on my best friend."
"Like a chaperone?"
"Yes," I say. "In case you try to slip him a roofie or something."
Finn looks embarrassed. “Just ignore her,” he says to Amber, his arm tightening
around her waist. "She's a control freak."
Amber snorts. "More like your mom."
"Big sister would be more appropriate," Finn corrects.
Amber's eyes rake over me in a way that makes my skin prickle. "She's hot
though, with her bangs and screw-me glasses. A hot nerd."
Finn grimaces. "That's not a very comfortable image."
"Come on. Don't you see it?"
CHAPTER 001: A Hot Nerd
"See what?"
"You don't find her nerdish vibes stimulating?"
Finn is thankfully avoiding my eyes. "More dancing, less talking."
"Seriously? You're not even a little tempted to see Sloane naked?"

LUCYA DOEVEN
***
"Dad are you sure about this decision?" I rolled my eyes at him and gave him a bewildered look. I know his decision could never be wrong, but still I have a doubt. I take the paper from his hand and analyze it attentively. What if this paper is fake? "Are you doubting me, sweetheart?" Dad speak which made me freeze for a second because I've never doubted him before.
"No dad, I'm not. I know your decision must be right like always." I let out a smile from my lips which made him relax, and he smiled joyously. "Take care of everything when I'm gone" he sounded a little nervous. "Dad you're sounding as if you are going battle war." I said teasingly while placing the papers on the coffee table.
"Make sure to come back home directly when work is over don't stroll around in the city. If you have any problem call Mr. Damon, he is my colleague."
"Who is Mr. Damon?"
"He is in Italy. He can help you in any situation. He is an old friend of mine I will be away, and I can trust Damon by heart."
"But dad we live in France and you are talking about Italy." I laugh nervously at dad's word.
"I mean, if you need money or anything just feel free to ask him. He will help you in the honour of a daughter."
"How can you sound so promising?" I ask him with a half smile.
"You'll find out at the right time."
[***]
1 WEEK LATER
It has been one week since dad left me all alone in this house. He got a letter from Russia, and he had to leave urgently. It has never been a day when dad had ever left me alone. But I have to manage everything, and he said that he can't promise when he will come back.
I plunged myself is back to work, I try to focus properly on the meeting which is taking place in this conference room. I am an assistant in the Enormous Empire. I stare at the man sitting in front of me with both his hands on the table. He looks like a serial killer, but he is a businessman, I mean my boss. After the meeting I rush to the cafeteria to grab myself a coffee but by coincidence I met Lea my best friend. I think she is the only reason for my happiness.
"Hey," she waved at me like a small child. "How was the meeting?" She asked me immediately as she pulled me for a hug. "Good!" I exclaimed, "how is Damien?" She asked me with a little hesitation.
"He is fine." Damien Enormous our boss who is Lea's boyfriend too. They have been dating for years, and they are the most beautiful couple which I've ever seen.
"I got to go now, see you in the evening." I rush to my office immediately because a bundle of work was awaiting me. I lost myself into my work for three hours until I realize it was timing for me to leave.
I immediately rush toward to elevator, and I went to the parking area. I get inside my car, and I drive to my house. Arriving at home, I rush for a shower after the shower, I laid myself on the bed with my eye staring at the ceiling.
As tears begin to stream down from my eyes when a deep thought hit me.
I was nineteen when I lost my mother. It has been two years since this incident happened. But that day was more than a nightmare when we were in Russia. I still remember that night when I was sitting on the couch and suddenly a group of mafia broke into the house and threatened dad. They through he was a part of the Russian Mafia, but they were mistaken. While threatening and blackmailing dad they killed my mother. Then after that day my father decided to move out from Russia, we came to France, Laon. Where we have our house, and I have my job. We had settled here since two years ago. But by coincidence I still remember the name which the mafia said before killing my mother, 'Guiller' I only hear this little word, and I have searched it everywhere but I've never found whose name is it. Maybe I didn't hear the whole name! But I will never forgive those people who have destroyed our family. Never.
I kept laying on the bed, when my phone begin to buzz. I check the caller ID, and it's Lea. I instantly picked it, "hello,"
"Guess what?" She said joyfully.
"What?" I mumble while trying to figure out what she is talking about.
"We are going to Sicily, Italy." She said with a lot of amusements.
"Oh really! But why we are going over there?" I questioned her bewilderedly.
"Damien needs to complete a deal. And he said he would bring both of us along with him."
"Wow, this is a great news."
"Are you happy for this?"
"No, I'm excited"
"We are going to have a lot of fun, be ready tomorrow we are leaving." She giggled through the phone before hanging up.
Wow, I could never imagine that one day I would ever go to Italy. That place was a dream for me which now feels like its accomplished now.
I went to my wardrobe, and I began to take out all my possessions. But I can't find my bags. I think it's on father's room. I walk through the corridor and walked inside my father's bedroom. I open his wardrobe and took out my bag. But a bundle of files falls on the ground.
"I've never seen those files before." I knelt on the floor and grab the files from the floor. Opening the first page I saw my father's image. While reading forward, I found something more confusing. Wait, what the f**k is this.
"Why his surname is Trinidad here. He is not Doeven! I swipe all the pages while reading everything in the file. I remain seated on the ground with tears streaming from my eyes, realizing that my whole life was a mess because of the men to whom I assumed as my father was never my biological father, but he was a Mafia. That's mean he was hiding this fact from me, but why? Why he would do something like that. There must be a reason behind it! I should find out.
Then who is my biological father?

Chapter 1
In a narrow and gloomy room, the only light that can be seen was from the computer screen on the desk in the corner, and on the screen was a picture of a young man with a typical "bad boy" image. Not only does he have stylish blond hair, but his left ear was pierced with a couple of weird and scary-looking earrings. His physique is tall and strong, just like a basketball player, wearing expensive, but stylish clothes. And with a perfect body comes with a perfect face, abnormally handsome, a smirk playing on his s*xy lips, unspeakably bewitching.
The slender figure in front of the computer clenched both of his fists, his cold eyeglasses reflected his eyes filled with hatred as he stared at the young man in the picture, seemingly eager to swing his fists on him and beat his face into a pulp.
In fact, not only does he want to beat that face, but he also wanted to tear it apart, because he hated that man's face, that man's laugh, that man's everything. Unfortunately, it was only a picture on the computer so he cannot do so, but he has other ways to vent his hatred to that person, that seeps down to the marrow of his bone.
His lips raise into a smile and laughs viciously. Soon, he will use that picture in his computer, and send the demon back to where he belongs – "Hell"
He believes that as long as the picture will be posted, the demon will taste the 18 layers of hell, not only will he be able to avenge himself, all the poor people who have been bullied and tortured by that demon will also be avenged. And most of all, his elder sister will not be so crazy in love with that demon, to the point of wanting to break-up, letting him feel at ease.
This time he took the risk of being jailed, risked being skinned by the demon, risked the danger of being pounded to the bone by the demon. He decided that for his sister, he must save her from the clutches of that evil, evil demon. He must not let his sister and that demon continue their relationship, will not let that demon marry his sister, will not let that demon ruin his sister's life so that she can live her life peacefully and be reborn again.
"Ack…" He groaned softly while his left eyebrow stirred slightly, his left hand touching his back. He did not expect that even after a month, the injuries that the demon gave him would still hurt, blame it on that demon being too ruthless.
"Aggh…" he cried again, and his eyebrows picked higher. The pain in his back and other places still hurts, but the pain compared to the first time, this was nothing. During those times, the demon would gather people every day to drag him to the school's most remote corner to be beaten, every hit would incur injury, making him think that it's better to be killed instead than to live on and suffer.
The devil is so violent and cruel that his sister will surely get hurt in the future. The thought if his elder sister being treated like him by that demon, every day getting beaten makes him afraid to the extreme. He cannot let that demon lay a finger on his sister, he must protect her at all costs.
Because his sister is the only one in the world that cares and likes him, then he will be the only one to care for and like his sister in the world!
Enduring the constant pain from his injuries, he moved the computer mouse and opened Photoshop….
He didn't like school, even from an early age. Every time he leaves home for school, his mood and his feet are always unusually heavy. But this morning is different, he was in an ecstatic mood and can't wait to immediately fly to school, because he was so eager to see the devil under the attack of the 18-layers of Hell.
When he printed the photos last night, he quietly left home and sneaked into his school, posting all the photos in every corner of the school, ensuring that everyone will be able to see it in the morning once they entered the school. He didn't have to wonder if the devil, no matter how powerful or remarkable he was, will surely be treated as a pervert, ridiculed, if not because of that demon's extraordinary family background, he will surely be expelled from school. But since that demon cares about his reputation, he will certainly be ashamed of staying in school and will voluntarily drop out, the faculty and students that lives under his control will be freed, and most of all, his sister will also be freed from that devil's clutches.
He believed that as long as his sister sees those pictures, no matter how much she likes and loves that demon, she will be disappointed, or even feel disgusted, resolutely breaking up with the demon.
He was overjoyed that the only light of his life, will finally break away from the shackles of darkness….
"Xiao Ye, what are you laughing at? What's the occasion? I haven't seen you smile for a long time."
A particularly sweet and gentle voice sounded, interrupting Han ZiYe's thoughts, he turned his head to look at his side, beautiful long black hair just like a waterfall, looks that are very elegant, noble and refined temperament, like a fairy in a painting, Han ZiYe immediately gathered the corner of his lips into a smile, then shook his head.
"No occasion, I just think that the weather today is really good, and this is the first time I saw the sun ever since winter, I can't help but feel happy and laugh." Han ZiYe felt very guilty after lying to his sister, but he can never tell her the real reason why he was happy. If his sister knew that in order to make her break up with that devil, that ever so evil demon, she will obviously not forgive him because her love for that devil is not ordinary.
Han ZiChen did not believe her younger brother's words; she grew up with Han ZiYe and knew that her brother was a very gloomy person, who does not love to laugh, it absolutely is impossible for the reason to be the good weather, her brother obviously was not telling her the truth.
Han ZiChen just wanted to know why his brother was laughing, when far behind came a harsh yet familiar sound of a sports car, she immediately revealed a sweet and beautiful smile. She stopped, looked back, and saw a cool and extremely expensive sports car, many people saw the Aston Martin 007, fast approaching.
"Xin Lei!" Han ZiChen lifted her beautiful slender hand at the approaching car, the sweet smile on her face became sweeter, her eyes staring at the handsome blonde boy wearing dark sunglasses inside the sports car, completely forgetting everything about her brother.
Han ZiYe also stopped to look back over his sister's head, saw the dazzling silver-black sports car and its owner, but opposite to his sister's reaction, his face was all gloomy.
Encountering the demon this early in the morning on the way to school, really unlucky. (sigh poor boy)
Every time he sees that demon, his heart will always ache, except for bullying, torturing and beating him up, he also took the only light in his life – his sister.
For him who was physically disabled, was hated by his parents, and was isolated from the world, his sister is undoubtedly the only light in his life. His sister knew his secret on his body, but she never thought that he was sick unlike their parents, that always ignores his existence, on the contrary, she was always concerned for him, always protecting him, and is the only person that would say she liked him.
In his eyes, his sister is the most beautiful and gentle existence in this world, the only one who could make him give his everything and is more important than his own life. If he was not always being shined upon by his sister's light, he doesn't know what terrible things will he do due to his extremely dark and twisted character.
So when he knew that his sister was going to talk to that demon, he was starting to go crazy. No one knows better than him how bad and evil that devil is. He was the most terrible darkness in the world, once the light was shrouded in darkness, he doesn't even dare to think what would happen….The demon will definitely destroy his sister, and he must not allow that to happen.
But no matter how he persuaded, Han ZiChen, who was already hypnotized by that demon, was not only willing to break up but also told him to forget about being beaten by the devil before. The devil told her that he really did not mean to beat him, he only wanted to have fun with him, but didn't think that he would be so fragile, that by only touching a few times would make him bruised, he was very sorry. Han ZiYe did not think that the demon would come up with such a lie, that even his sister would actually believe. Sister is really completely blinded by love.
He had no other choice but to tell their parents about that devil, hoping that they would be able to persuade her. Who would've imagined that their parents would become happier instead after telling them the devil's background? They did not try to break them up, even applauding in favor of their relationship, saying that God has given their family a chance to widen their horizons by letting their daughter climb higher on the branches of society, and as soon as their daughter enters the demon's family, the parents will obviously also become part of the rich and the powerful.
Han ZiYe had always known that their parents are business-minded and are snobbish, hoping that one day they would become millionaires and become giants that are envied by many, but he did not think that they would be so outrageous, completely regardless of their own daughter's happiness, just wanting to use their own daughter as tools for achieving their dreams, he must not let them succeed.
He racked his brains for several days, finally coming up with the ingenious way of using that "photo" to save Han ZiChen, now everything is running smoothly, and if this continues to go on, this plan is sure to succeed
"Hello, Baby." The sports car quickly stopped in front of the Han siblings, the blonde boy inside the car laughing at Han ZiChen. The magnetic voice of that devil was just as attractive as his appearance, which could make the opposite s*x crazy.
"Xin Lei, good morning" a faint blush floated on Han ZiChen's beautiful jade cheeks, although they have been dating already for over a month, she still was not accustomed to calling each other baby, always feeling very shy, but she did not hate it, on the contrary, she extremely like it.
"We've already finished saying good morning, now it's time to take my good morning kiss." Qi XinLei finished the promised greetings, stuck out his head from the car window stealing a kiss from his girlfriend's seductive red lips, consistently ignoring the brother, Han ZiYe's, existence.
Han ZiChen's charming face suddenly was dyed red, embarrassed to see the eyes of her younger brother, and found that Han ZiYe's face became pale, can't help but blame it all on her boyfriend, kissing her in front of her own brother, so embarrassing.
