RISE & REBUILD EMPLOYMENT WORKSHOP – COHORT 4
One of the most rewarding moments of our workshop is hearing directly from participants about the impact of the experience.
Mr. Thomas Dunham shared his gratitude for the opportunity to participate in our RISE & REBUILD Employment Workshop and expressed how valuable it was to learn about resources and opportunities he previously believed were out of reach.
During Day 2, Thomas had the opportunity to connect directly with employers hiring on the spot, explore apprenticeship and career training pathways, learn about second-chance banking opportunities, and gain access to workforce development resources designed to support long-term success.
His testimony is a reminder that when information, opportunity, and support come together, lives can change.

Our RISE & REBUILD Workshop – Cohort 4 brought together employers actively seeking to hire, transitional housing providers, apprenticeship programs, barber school recruiters, and PNC Bank, which shared second-chance banking solutions to help participants rebuild their financial future.

From employment connections to career training and housing resources, participants gained direct access to the tools needed to move forward with confidence.
