With over 30 years of dedicated service in law enforcement, Chief Noel-Pratt continues to lead with purpose, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to making the City of Miami Gardens a safer place each and every day.

Her legacy is not only defined by her accomplishments, but by the path she continues to pave for future generations of women in policing.
