Subcontracting Services

Our largest regular light assembly customer is Gold Crest Distributing in Mexico. We do a wide variety of jobs for Gold Crest, including assembling several different types of bird feeders, labeling feeders and attaching bird swings to cards. We make a delivery to their distribution center every week with an average of 20,000 units per mont

h. When they have a rush order, we do everything possible to get it done on time for them. We assemble respirator masks for Weaver Manufacturing in Columbia. This process consists of snapping pivots into four corners of a plastic frame, and inserting elastic strapping into the pivots and fasteners. We currently process 100,000 parts per month for Weaver. Some other examples of the type of services we provide industries include sorting hangers for reuse or recycling for Aramark Uniform Services in Fulton, and cutting cotton material into rags sold to Spartan Light Metals in Mexico. HSI prides itself in quality production in a timely manner. We know that in order to keep current customers and gain new customers, we must provide quality service at affordable rates. Our staff constantly monitors the work of our employees for quality. The success of our sheltered workshop is a direct result of these standards. No job is too big or too small.
