This month, we're proud to spotlight a hometown leader who has built her career right here in Mexia while giving back to the community she has always called home — Francisca Mendoza, Branch Manager of PNC Bank in Mexia! 🏦❤️
🏡 A True Mexia Blackcat
Born and raised in Mexia, Francisca graduated as a proud Mexia Blackcat before attending Tarleton State University, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources.
After college, Francisca entered the corporate banking world with plans to pursue a career in Human Resources. But as her career developed, she discovered that what she truly enjoyed was serving people and making a difference in her community.
📈 Growing Through Opportunity
After six years of hard work and continued growth with PNC Bank, Francisca now serves as Branch Manager, overseeing the bank's operations and staff.
Francisca is super proud of the team she leads. Her entire team is local to Mexia, creating a strong connection between the bank and the community it serves. Their local knowledge and relationships help provide customers with a banking experience that feels personal, familiar, and welcoming.
🌱 Life Outside the Bank
When she's not serving customers, Francisca enjoys spending time with her two young children, working in her garden, feeding her chickens, and enjoying the outdoors. Whether it's taking a walk or going on a hike with her family, she loves staying active and making the most of time together.
