Yesterday, the SL Nabors Foundation donated Thanksgiving Meals to over 4000 people and 400 families, through the Rockwall County Helping Hands and Hawn Freeway Christian Ministries.

The over 4000 people and 400 families will enjoy not only a Turkey, but a variation of sides ranging from: eggs, sweet potatoes, potatoes, rolls, green beans, celery, and many many more products! We are blessed to have this opportunity to provide to our families and friends struggling in our home town of Rockwall, but also to our founder, Steve Nabors, and his grassroots of Seagoville with their local community.

A large amount of S L Nabors Roofing employees and partners made it capable to proceed in such a donation. Our hard-working office employees cannot go without mentioned: Veronica, Buddy, Jamie, Rebecca, Joann, Chaz and Zach, all pitched in a helping hand. Also, a big thanks to Bambi Wade with the City Food Ministry and Tarren Oswald with Rockwall Helping Hands, as these two individuals added a personal touch to the experience!

The SL Nabors Foundation would like to thank everyone who supported our Rockwall County Back The Blue Festival in 2015. In 2016, we are closing in on our 2nd Annual Festival with the 2016 Boots & Badges Festival, which is set for the evening of October 27th!
