Mesick Consolidated Schools’ Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place this Wednesday, October 14, and Thursday, October 15, as planned. Please remember that both Wednesday and Thursday are half days!

🏫 Elementary Families:
Please contact your child’s classroom teacher or the elementary office to schedule a time to meet.

🎓 Freshman Parent Orientation will take place at 6:00 PM in the Library.

Afternoon conferences are available by scheduled virtual, in-person, or phone appointments only.

📸 PICTURE RETAKES THIS FRIDAY! 🧡🖤

A reminder that Mesick Jr./Sr. High School picture retakes will take place this Friday, October 16, from 9:00–11:00 AM in the library.

📷 Picture Orders: Pictures will be available for pickup during parent-teacher conferences on Wednesday evening. Any pictures not picked up that evening will be distributed to students on Thursday.

🎃🍂 Our kindergarteners enjoyed a fun-filled Friday afternoon at Pahl’s Pumpkin Patch! Students sipped on c***r, enjoyed donuts, went on a hayride, fed the goats, picked their own pumpkins, and had plenty of time to play! 🐐🍎

A friendly reminder that Wednesday, 10/14, and Thursday, 10/15, will both be half days for students.

Wednesday’s half day will allow students and staff to attend Mr. Kerner’s funeral and pay their respects to a wonderful teacher, coach, and mentor who made a lasting impact on our school and community.

Thursday will remain a half day for parent-teacher conferences, which will take place as scheduled. All other school events will continue as planned.

Thank you for your understanding as our Bulldog family comes together to honor Mr. Kerner’s memory. 🐾🧡🖤

The Cross Country team had a great day on Saturday at the Portage Invitational near Kalamazoo. This is one of the premier meets in the entire midwest and is essentially a preview of state finals, as 12 of the top 15 ranked teams in our Division were in attendance.

Mesick boys entered the meet ranked 11th in Division 4 and finished in 4th place, and incredible performance!

Earning Top 50 medals were Kyle Redman, Ty Redman, Gunnar Hallett, Kyle Doty and Jewlia Trowbridge.

Earning a coveted top 10 New Balance Backpack was Kyle Redman!

Earning lifetime personal bests were Gunnar Hallett (17:21), Noah Spencer (20:27), Deanthony Bell (21:56), Jewlia Trowbridge (21:50) and Alivia Valentine (22:51).

Earning Season Bests were Kyle Redman (16:02), Ty Redman (17:21), Kyle Doty (17:46), and Alex Kastl (18:58).
