(Aster) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that has been dedicated to serving our community since 1979. Our mission is to empower and support East Valley older adults and their families to remain independent and engaged in our communities. Aster provides a full continuum of programs and services aimed at independence with dignity as older adults and families navigate the sometimes challenging journey of aging.

This year, Aster is bringing the holiday spirit to older adults across our community, and we need your help!

Aster is collecting gifts for the holidays to ensure that vulnerable older adults can experience the magic of the holiday season.

Starting in September, The University of Arizona Nursing students take the lead on a weekly Wednesday morning Health & Wellness Workshop at the Mesa Downtown Senior Center, sitting down with you to talk through practical, everyday health topics — and in the process, both sides walk away better for it.
