Twenty-five years later, we remember how The Salvation Army stood alongside first responders and survivors of 9/11 at Ground Zero, the Pentagon and Shanksville, offering care and loving support during an unimaginable time.
The small acts of kindness offered during that time helped carry people through incalculable grief. Today, we honor that legacy by continuing to show up for Americans in need.
