Not all competitions are where we can get photos, but we snagged a couple of snapshots from NLSC!

Competition is in full swing today and tomorrow. We caught Kian and Daniel, our Web Design team, looking very focused, and Mar, who found her T-shirt design on display.

One MTCHS student was missing from the picture we posted from last nightโ€”because she was already hard at work!

Nicole Prosser is serving as the SkillsUSA National Treasurer, one of the highest student leadership positions in the organization. During Opening Session, Nicole joined fellow national officers in leading the event, taking the stage before thousands of SkillsUSA members from across the country.

Nicole has worked incredibly hard all year and has maintained a positive, professional attitude through countless meetings, events, and miles of travel. Her dedication to SkillsUSA and commitment to student leadership have made us proud every step of the way.

Our Dragons were looking sharp in their official red SkillsUSA jackets as they headed into Opening Ceremonies at the SkillsUSA National Leadership and Skills Conference in Atlanta last night!

These students earned their spot at Nationals by competing against the best in Idaho and winning their events at the state level. Their hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence have brought them to this national stage, where they'll represent MTCHS, Idaho, and their potential career pathways alongside thousands of students from across the country.

Sharing a couple of photos from the SkillsUSA National Leadership & Skills Conference (NLSC) this morning! In all the excitement and hurry, we missed catching a picture of everyone, but the energy here is incredible.

Today is all about getting geared up! Our Dragons are hitting the ground running with conference registration, tech sessions, and prepping for the upcoming SkillsUSA Championships. We're capping off a busy day tonight with the official Opening Session at State Farm Arena.

The halls are quiet, the laptops are turned in, and our students are officially off to enjoy a well-earned summer break. We are so proud of everything our students accomplished this year โ€” the hard work, creativity, growth, friendships, and memories made along the way. ๐Ÿ’™

We hope everyone has a safe, relaxing, and fun summer filled with sunshine, adventures, sleep, and plenty of time to recharge.
