Meridian Art Week is right around the corner! This September 13-19, participate in Art Week by creating something for the Art Drop!

Step 1: Create a small piece of art that can fit in a gallon-sized Ziploc bag.

Step 2: Label your art with the provided flyer on our website.

Step 3: Hide your art in Downtown Meridian within the boundaries on the Art Drop Map.

Then come on down and find a piece of art to take home during the week!

All ages, abilities, and art mediums are welcome to participate. For more information and to print the flyer, visit MeridianCity.org/ArtWeek.

We know it's barely September, but.... Meridian Parks and Recreation is gearing up for the 16th Annual Holiday Classic Volleyball and Co****le Tournament!

We are currently seeking generous donors and local businesses to contribute raffle items, including:

• Gift cards
• Gift baskets
• Tickets to sports events, concerts, or local attractions
• Unique experiences or services
• Promotional items or themed gift sets

Submission Deadline: October 5th

We are happy to pick up donations directly from your business, or you can drop them off at our office.

In partnership with Friends of Children and Families, Inc. (FOCAF), all proceeds from our event raffle go directly toward purchasing Christmas gifts for local children in the Head Start program.

Registration is open for the upcoming Fall Co****le League at Meridian Homecourt. Games begin the week of September 14th, with slots available on Monday and Wednesday evenings.

Location: Meridian Homecourt

Team Requirements: Teams consist of 2 players, and participants must be 16 years of age or older. The league guarantees 10 games plus an end-of-season tournament.

Cost: $20 per team, with an additional $10 fee for non-Meridian residents.

The registration deadline is September 7th. Space is limited.

Registration Deadline: October 13, 2026 (Spots are limited and fill up fast!)
Season Starts: Week of November 2, 2026 (8-week season + double-elimination tournament)

Team Fee: $815 (+ individual player fees)
