Hello! We are hiring for a variety of positions, weekends, part time, full time!

7-3pm/3-11pm and SOME 11-7am (As they open)

We are looking for DSPs, that are caring and sympathetic and love their job.
We are HUGE on staff taking participants out of the house, different homes have different pay and weekends pay more!

We do require you to be Med/CPR certified or have the time to obtain during onboarding.

We do 1 shadow shift, where you train with a Mentor staff, but will have full support of our team if needing more assistance.

Hello!! We are hiring for DSP's, all positions available. 7-3pm/3-11pm/11-7am, weekends, week days.
Spend your shift with our participants at Lucky Peak! Or Eagle Island! Go to local events, fairs, rodeos, even Meridian Speedway! W/ milage reimbursement!

Starting pay is $16, other homes pay $17, weekends pay a little more.

We are in search of caring staff, who take this job sincerely and are serious about our participants achieving their goals!

We do require you to be Med/CPR certified and have a valid driver's license and car insurance. 🙂

Hello!!! We are hiring for ALL positions, we have a new home opening up in Nampa and have open availability in that home.

We are also hiring for an hourly participant also located in Nampa, who's hours change weekly, flex hours after 5pm Monday-Friday OR if your willing to pick up from job at 3pm.

Our starting pay is $16, $12 for SLEEPING shifts

We have amazing participants who deserve nothing less then amazing staff and we appreciate those who interact with full attention and those who take our people out and about especially with the weather getting warmer.

Get paid to get out to the movies, zoo, fishing, hot springs, all sorts of adventures with our participants!!

We do require you to have Med and CPR certifications, valid driver's license and car insurance and pass a background check.
If you don't have certifications we can help you get them but please have the time during onboarding to obtain them.

We also provide 1 shadow day training at your first shift after that we provide PSTs or if it requires hands on training a PC will meet you at their home and train in person.

Job opportunities are available in all positions, including graveyard shifts, across our homes in Nampa, Meridian, and Boise. Shifts include 7-3pm, 3-11pm, and 11-7am, with Monday to Friday and weekend schedules. Pay rates differ between homes. We require CPR and Med certification or the ability to acquire them during onboarding, as well as a valid driver's license and car insurance.
