As part of H‑E‑B’s Helping Heroes initiative, representatives from H‑E‑B and Good Vibes Nutrition stopped by to deliver special items to the Mercedes Fire Department team.

We sincerely thank both community partners for recognizing our firefighters and showing appreciation for the dedicated service they provide to Mercedes each day. Your kindness and continued support mean so much to our team!

Today, we joined Mercedes Early College Academy for its National Day of Service and Remembrance ceremony honoring the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001.

We thank MECA for bringing students, educators, community leaders, first responders, and veterans together to remember the lives lost and honor the courage and sacrifice of all who answered the call to serve.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸
