It’s that time of the year! Our Cancer Awareness T-Shirt orders are LIVE! 🎗️

Pre-Order Window #1 will be August 22-September 6th. Emails will be sent out as soon as orders are ready for pickup at:

The T-Shirts are $25 each and 100% of the proceeds raised from the sale of these shirts will be donated to our local Cancer Center. Since this project began, Merced Fire Dept. and Merced City Local 1479 have raised over $200,000 for the Cancer Center.

After assignments on three different fires in the state and 14 days away from home. The firefighters on Engine 5601 assigned to Strike Team 5802F are being released from the TimberFire … but not before some laughs and hugs and smiles with the crew assigned to the REMS team. God Speed fellas.

Jack of All Trades - Master of None! … we may be firefighters at heart, but we don’t back down from any type of work… unless it's cop work … we leave that to Merced Police Department 🤣. The crew on 5601 assigned to the Timber Fire doing a little flat repair today.
