Sealed Bids can be turned into Town Clerk, at Town Hall
March 27-April 14, 2026
from 8:30 - 4:00 Mon-Fri
Bids will be opened on April 14th after the Town Council Meeting. Town Council meets at 5:00 at Mentone Town Hall.
The Town reserves the right to refuse any or all bids. If a bid is accepted, the bidder will be required to pay in full within 72 hours.

SE allowed me opportunities to grow as a filmmaker, create meaningful work, & explore a beautiful state with amazing people and places. It was refreshing & empowering to be a part of a community dedicated to our films' success and the betterment of the planet. Every state needs a program like this!

This group is making a real impact on our Brow Park. Their cleanup work is giving us a "clean start" as we plan for additional improvements at the park. Mentone residents, along with our many visitors, will have even more reasons to visit this special part of town. Thank you, Yellowhammer Outdoor Development and all those involved with removing hundreds of pounds of broken glass and lots of trash from our beautiful Brow Park! Be sure to join the community-wide cleanup on March 28th!
