🌟 SCHOLARSHIP SPOTLIGHT 🌟

🎓 Congratulations, Zoey Hellendrung!

Even as a kid, Zoey was drawn to finding the most efficient way to get things done — a natural curiosity that's grown into a real passion for the fundamentals of engineering: the why, how, and what behind how things are made. She's a graduate of Boyceville High School and the recipient of both the Lawrence W. Plaszcz Memorial Scholarship and the BEST Academic Scholarship. This fall, she's heading to UW-Milwaukee to study Industrial Engineering.

"I realized I thoroughly enjoy the fundamentals of engineering and finding out the why, how, and what behind how things are made. I have always been interested in efficiency and improving systems. Even as a child I have chosen the most streamlined way to achieve a task."

🎓 Congratulations, William Engel!

"Change begins in small, deliberate moments: inviting someone to sit with you, encouraging someone to try out, speaking up when others remain silent. As members of a community, our responsibility is not to push others aside but to give all people a hand up so that they can become successful."

That's the kind of leader William has already become. He's a graduate of Boyceville High School and the recipient of both the Masonic Lodge 164 Scholarship and the Ron Grutt Memorial Scholarship. This fall, he's heading to UW-Stout Polytechnic to study Packaging Engineering, with a Sustainability minor.

Congratulations, William! This is just the beginning of the impact you're going to have. 💛

🎓 Congratulations, Paytyn Zeits!

Paytyn isn't afraid to own her growth — she'll be the first to tell you her freshman year grades didn't reflect her full effort, and she's using that as fuel to hold herself accountable for straight A's in college. She's a graduate of Boyceville High School and the recipient of both the Peoples State Bank Scholarship and the BEST Academic Scholarship. This fall, she's heading to Minnesota State University - Mankato to study Business & Management.

"My biggest educational goal has always been to graduate college with a degree that will lead me to success in life. These next four years of my life will be spent reaching that goal. In my freshman year of High School, I didn't care about my grades as much as I should have and it brought my GPA down, so in college I really want to hold myself accountable for straight A's."

Paytyn, your drive already shines through; we know you're going to do great things. Congrats and good luck this fall! 💛

🎓 Congratulations, Owen Rydel!

Owen has always been a builder at heart — from countless childhood hours spent outdoors constructing whatever came to mind, to who he is today: someone who's always dreaming up his next project. He's a graduate of Boyceville High School and the recipient of both the Bruce Schley/Roger Brunn Memorial Scholarship and the Peoples State Bank Scholarship. This fall, he's studying Construction Management.

"Since a young age, I've always been an outdoorsy kid who loved sports and making my own fun. I would spend countless hours with friends building whatever came to mind. That translates to who I am today, always forming my own projects and creating new things."

Here's to you, Owen! We're cheering you on as you head into construction management this fall. 💛

🎓 Congratulations, Loralie Swenby!

Loralie has a clear mission ahead of her: becoming an Attorney Guardian ad Litem, advocating for children under 18 who often have no voice in legal proceedings. That passion for protecting the most vulnerable has shaped both her academic path and her future career. She's a graduate of Boyceville High School and the recipient of both the William & Leona Amundson Memorial Scholarship and the BEST Academic Scholarship. This fall, she's pursuing a Family Law major with a Psychology minor.

"I have chosen to major in Family Law and minor in Psychology because I plan to become an Attorney Guardian ad Litem. I will advocate for children under the age of 18, who often lack a voice in legal proceedings. My passion for helping children has guided both my academic and professional goals, and I am committed to serving the most vulnerable."
