💜 Women’s Giving Circle Grant Impact | 2024 💜

This is what happens when women give together...

In 2024, the Women’s Giving Circle of Dunn County awarded a grant to Girls on the Run, helping fund essential program materials—including art supplies that support reflection, creativity, and personal growth throughout the season.

🏃‍♀️ 283 girls participated
💛 73 girls received financial assistance (26%)
🎨 Materials supported an 8-week curriculum focused on confidence, emotional health, and physical activity

Because Women’s Giving Circle members pool their giving, Girls on the Run was able to remove financial barriers, provide high-quality materials, and create a safe, inclusive environment where girls of all abilities could grow stronger—inside and out.

📚✨ Welcome Back to School, River Heights Elementary! Last spring, students from the Boys & Girls Club dove into the world of money management through Junior Achievement lessons—learning the basics of budgeting, saving, and smart spending.
A huge thank you to The Women’s Giving Circle of Dunn County for making this program possible and helping us empower young minds with real-life financial skills! 💡💰

Thank you to all who attended our Education Meeting last Wednesday! Heidi Catlin and Emily Laird of University of Wisconsin-Stout gave a fascinating and eye-opening presentation on how generative AI is reshaping our world. The presentation was followed up with an engaging Q&A session.

Thank you to UW-Stout for hosting and catering this event.
