Community spaces play an important role in bringing people together, building connections, and supporting programs that improve quality of life.

Congratulations to Shirley Doane Senior Center on their $5,000 grant for Cabinets for Community & Capacity Building through our February 2026 Grant Cycle!

This project will upgrade the Senior Center’s “Sunshine Room” with additional cabinetry and counter space, creating a more functional and welcoming environment for senior programs, gatherings, and partner services.

By improving this important community space, Shirley Doane Senior Center is helping make more possible for older adults and the organizations that serve them.
